Who is this program for?

The Amplifi Executive Influence Program is designed for C-suite and senior executives who are high performing but finding their organizational influence has plateaued. This includes COOs, VPs, Senior Directors, and functional leaders with significant scope who need to expand their influence beyond their expertise. You're a good fit if you're not being included in strategic decisions at the level you expected, your ideas aren't gaining traction despite their merit, or you're ready to develop the relational intelligence that creates sustained organizational impact. This program is for executives committed to capability development, not crisis intervention.

How long is the program?

The Amplifi Executive Influence Program is designed as a 6-month intensive experience with unlimited coaching sessions. This timeframe allows you to develop all five dimensions of relational intelligence while applying new capabilities to real organizational situations. The Premier Program extends the engagement to 12 months, adding a SUSTAIN phase focused on embedding capabilities, building lasting influence infrastructure, and developing others as relational leaders. A 12-week Accelerator is also available for leaders facing a specific, time-sensitive influence challenge, available as an individual or cohort engagement.

Is this therapy or personality coaching?

No. This is executive coaching focused on organizational influence, stakeholder dynamics, and strategic positioning. We work on developing specific capabilities - Relational Awareness, Trust Architecture, Connective Communication, Collaborative Power, and Systemic Influence - that determine whether expertise translates into organizational impact. While our conversations are candid and reflective, they're oriented toward strategic action, measurable shifts in stakeholder relationships, and organizational outcomes. This is capability development for sustained executive effectiveness.

What kind of results can I expect?

Executives who complete the program typically experience being included in strategic conversations earlier in the process, key stakeholders actively seeking their input and partnership, ideas gaining traction with less resistance or extended socialization, stronger cross-functional coalitions and more effective influence without authority, and clearer organizational positioning for expanded scope or next-level roles. The goal is expanding your organizational influence so your technical capabilities create the enterprise impact they should.

How much time does this require?

The program is designed for busy executives. We meet weekly or biweekly, and each session is 50 minutes. Between sessions, you apply the work to your actual calendar - the stakeholder meetings and strategic initiatives you're already navigating. Most executives invest 60-90 minutes weekly in focused development work. The real practice happens in your existing work, making it more strategically effective rather than adding to your workload.
