I'm Gary, executive coach, leadership strategist, and founder of Amplifi Coaching.

For nearly two decades, I've partnered with leaders navigating high-stakes environments, complex systems, and constant change. Before coaching, I led large divisional teams, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and made the critical decisions that come with executive leadership. That firsthand experience informs how I partner with clients today.
